my coaching method is rooted in sustainability. i believe in honoring how you feel + focusing more on the process + less on the goal. you will get to where you want to go while feeling good + connected to yourself along the way. sure, you will explore areas outside of your comfort zone + use some tried + true training methods based on studies + science but not to the detriment of your overall health + well-being.

we will work together to define what running is for you + create an individual + manageable plan that fits into your schedule + your life. my coaching will meet you where you are in this moment while safely + effectively supporting your bigger goals whether that’s beginning your running journey or crossing a finish line.

we will incorporate mindfulness + meditation, necessary warm ups + cool downs, strength training, rest days, cross-training + other modalities + disciplines that will make this process your own.

your running journey is not meant to look or feel like anyone else’s.

this is about you creating your own rules, not breaking them to fit into what you think a runner does/looks like/is.

  • one 30 minute call per week

  • individualized training program (including but not limited to running, cross training, stretching, warms ups, cool downs, rest days + strength training)

  • unlimited text + email support

  • supplemental materials to support your running journey
